Isaazon 80lbs Black Self Cocking Alligator Crossbow Is a. We got this as an adult toy. The assembly was pretty straight forward till it came to putting the bow string on. With a piece of paracord and YouTube I figured it out. During assembly It the sprung the string causing one tip the string sit on and the string to sail. Broke the tip though it is still usable. The second attempt went much smoother. The three bolt are pretty decent with screw in practice tips. They will bend if shot into a tree. We went and bought more practice bolts made of plastic. The “safety” switch work well and kind of hard to find until you read directions. The cocking mechanism works but is fairly tough to cock. It has Picatinny rails on top and forearm for mounting the sights and handle or other accessories. The sights provided I can’t seem to get to stay dialed in but only being 1 1/2″ off I can deal with. For the beginning shooter like we are, it is a pretty good deal, and would recommend. But as with all weapons, Be SAFE and mindful of the possible dangers involved to yourself and others.

Horrible assembly process still isn’t assembled and I’ve been at it since it arrived today

I love everything about it, other than I can’t use it. It’s sitting next to me now. I take a stab every couple of days.

As you can see, the gun is brand new. The bow is brand new. During assembly, the bow snapped. The boxes instructions advises to “assemble with a friend”, however I tried to give it a go by myself, and literally just before I was able to get the string on, the bow snapped on me. Haven’t even had the chance to shoot the product one time, and it broke on me. Piece of junk. On top of everything, Isaazon is an impossible company to get intouch with. I believe there is no customer service whom I can voice a complain to, so I figure I loose money on this one. Would be nice to get a replacement, considering the thing is never used yet and broke while assembling.
