Too small for an adult.

We bought two of these for our Boys, The 10 year old has no problem drawing the bow however he preferred I let the pull off to about 20 lbs. The 8 year old has a little trouble drawing at 15 lbs but is getting better at it. The build quality is Good, what you would expect from Bear. They are a little on the heavy side. These bows come with two 26″ arrows you may want to pick up extras. I ordered 28″ fiberglass practice arrows and they work fine. There is no way to weave a sight into the string because it is coated, I wound some thread around the string instead. For a children’s bow this thing has some power. Definitely not a toy that you turn your kid loose with without a little instruction and at least minimal supervision.

Got this today at my front door and was really exited to open it. It came with 2 small and 1 large arrows which im really happy about. Played around with it and got the feel of it. Really happy with the boxing as well. If you’r a biggener this is deffinitely the best compound bow to get.
Pros – good biggener bow – comes with arrows
Cons – a little small and wish there were different sizes to choose from

This is an excellent first compound bow for a child to begin on. Definitely needs an experienced adult to supervise – this is the real deal.

Purchased to get my son into archery. He loves it and the draw weight is not too much for an 8 year old.

Bought this for my grandson, and he loves it. Draw is perfect, and the quality is amazing.
Had previously purchased one years ago for our daughter, and was thankful to find this.

My son is 5’ tall and with his forward arm fully extended, he couldn’t pull the bowstring even with his forward shoulder much less to his cheek.
It was a really nice bow and I was sad to have to return it. This is for little kids.
