Works fine once you have the stab in your desired position. If you tighten the hardware and try to loosen to adjust it binds up. I had to use a rubber mallet to free them up.

The quality of the item seems adequate for what you pay. But the bolt that tightens the swinging movement of the stabilizer was far too long. I could tighten it entirely and the arm would still swing freely. So I had to cut the bolt down. Now it fits and tightens fine. I’ll be calling CBE to ask for a replacement so that if I resell it someday, I won’t be dinged for having the alter it.
