   I own 4 Centerpoint crossbows and have plenty of experience. I tested multiple bolts and broadhead configurations and found that the crossbow is excellent when using Centerpoint 20 inch bolt with 100 grain broadheads. Scope has 4 pins sighted in at 25,30,35,40 yards. The bolts that come with it are garbage just throw them away if you intend to hunt an animal with it. 5/5 stars for crossbow. 1/5 stars for the bolts. Very light and easy to pull back.

   Finally had a chance to go shoot. This is my first crossbow and I am not let down. I found the assembly to be easy and straightforward. I had it zeroed in less than 10 shots. I have only shot close range so I can’t speak to accuracy over 20 yards, but I have had excellent accuracy so far. Coming with a cocking rope is a huge plus!

   I’m a fan of recurve crossbows, and this particular crossbow has everything I need. Instruction is clear, no missing items. This crossbow can for sure can get the job done in 50 yards. It shoots straight at 25 yards, easy to cock, scope is easy to adjust so not planning on replacing It. Accuracy is on point, I can easily have a 0.5 group at 30 yards free hand with 20 inch carbon fiber bolts. Overall I strongly recommend this crossbow, powerful, accurate, practical, and lightweight.

   I took my time and reviewed all the different Crossbows, both cheap and expensive, and this product came out on top.
   For a couple hundred bucks you could not find anything of higher quality for the price, obviously the bows for $1000-$2000 are far superior and so they should be…… This bow runs at 245fps/175lb , definitely not a toy, you could hunt dear up to about 50yds. humanely, maybe a little more with a wicked broadhead. It came with everything it said it would , although 4 bolts would have been a nice touch, especially for the starter kit. My first shot amazed me as I am new ; the bolt hit the target and I saw nothing…lol Just the deadly sound wow. Decent scope, just fine for this level.
   Parcel was delivered well before I expected it … what more do you want? lol Acuracy is just fine, I don’t have it rated in mins. but do I really? For the beginner, 100% what you want… cheers! No I don’t work for Centerpoint

   I like the actual crossbow . Thats it i dont like the way the box showed up . I feel like it was a return someone else did not want . Here are my reasons 1.it was suposed to have 4 bolts not 3 , and one of them looked broke but the point was rolling around in the box . 2. There are scratches a d blemishes that look like someone had tried to set it up but stopped after scratching it up . 3. The stirrup would not fit until i un twisted it a little . And unbent it a little . Looked to me as if it had been installed before then taken back off and put in box . 4.the string is kind of messed up i put photos in for the string and scratch not sure if you can see the stirrup was bent in photo ? Also i dont like the fact this crossbow does not come with sights cor it just a scope ?!?!?!?! What would it have costed ? Maybe its just missing but i dont think so .i can see screw holes for it but it is not included ???!?!? I also like the safety for your hands it makes it really clear where to put your hands when firing the crossbow .overall it is a good deal but mine wasnt as good a shape as i hoped but ups might be to blame for some of it because i walked up rt behind the driver just as he threw my box five feet onto steps … i yelled did you just throw my package ?!?!?!? Wtf! He said huh?!? And ran back to his truck and sped off what a freaking pos !!! But it was in two boxes so i really doubt the things that were off with this one were caused by that jerk ….?!???? Guess ill never know . Its really sad because i wish i could have that guys job , i would take some satifaction home about doing my job good besides i would not want my stuff treated like that so why would i treat someone elses like that ? Ill stop babnling now . Lets see if they contact me about it UPDATE!!!! Just got back from cabelas and grabbed a little discharge target for 16.00 just so i could shoot the damn thing … all i can say is i am very impressed with this “youth” crossbow . Hits hard . I lubed the rail and only shot it from 20 feet away but …. smoking fast 💨! For what it is . 175 lbs pull . Love that sound !!! After taking the time to recenter the limbs , and lube the rail properly this thing will impress you but whats even better was the price was 115.00 all total . Cannot beat that with a stick !

   Brought this crossbow for my son for his birthday in July we chatted a couple times he had troubleshooting it I cited it in 10 million times this crossbow is a piece of crap take my word for it I’m 49 years old I’ve owned three different crossbows my lifetime to Horton crossbows Which both shot very well one was stolen and one I sold an ounce you to 10 points for the last 11 years I’ve change the string on it wants I’ve harvested plenty of venison so I sayThis crossbow is a waste of time and money junk

   For the price this crossbow can not be beat! I have had other brands at this price point in the past that couldn’t hold a candle to this bow. It is a complete kit first off comes with cocker, arrows ( which are fine for a beginner who is just target practicing but I would buy better), rail lube ,scope and tools and quiver. Read all direction before assembly will make it easier. And I would suggest loosing the set screw in the scope rail and spin the dial towards up position like 3 clicks before mounting scope and sighting in. I didn’t and ran out of up adjustment on the scope and had to go back and do just that. The photo I attached was a 30 yard shot using the third line on the provided scope. The lines seem to go 10, 20, 30,40 once sighted in. But for me dead center works for 10 and 20. I would definitely buy this bow over any other recurve crossbow of this price range.

   Just bought it for target practice as I retired from hunting a few years ago. However, it’s a great crossbow. Quite accurate and easy to use. It hits hard, and at approximately 40 yards I can get 3-inch grouping consistently. While it’s designed for 16-inch bolts, it works well with 20-inch ones. The only complaint I have is getting the bow-string on during assembly. The instructions say to just slip it over each end. They omit that you have to be pretty darn strong to bend the bow enough to do it! It took two of us 5-6 tries to get it on! Once you do, the rest is simple and you end up with a great bow. I’d recommend it highly, and there may be some trick I missed that makes the bow-string installation easy.
