Product was as described. Took just a couple mins to set up. Man did this crank take all the pain out of rope cocking 135 lbs before I could not do it, Now a piece of cake
Highly recommend, worth every penny

The crank does not latch securely. It slipped and damaged the scope and stock. Excalibur warranty service did not replace the damaged parts, they just removed the felt pad!

Operation isn’t as quiet as claimed. The release button does hang up upon trying to put on and often doesn’t work properly. Installing is simple. Directions weren’t exactly clear. “Crank until you hear a click” the 1st click was the anti dry fire which was not correct.

This add on to my Matrix 400 makes life much easier. I like to go shoot a decent amount of arrows, or bolts. After cocking the crossbow 20 or 30 times with the rope cock I can feel it in my back. 290 lbs draw weight are not nothing. This devise Dave’s the day. Ready to install and easy to work. It reduces cocking the crossbow to something anybody can do. It allows me to take that 50th or 60th shot of the day without any hassle.

I have shot a few hundred arrow using this crank. The bow can be shot comfortably with the crank in place.
It is easier to use than the older Excalibur crank. Though more complicated to use than a rope cocker the effort is well worth the wear and tear is saves on my back. It performs ad described. I do not think the blue color will be a problem in the woods this fall.

It works as a cocker but beware that it can get jammed and is difficult to fix in your own. As long as you can avoid that it will cock your crossbow and sit perfectly fine on the crossbow between shots.

I’ve never had trouble cocking my Excalibur bow, but recently had eye surgery and was told I couldn’t lift over 20 lbs for 10 days. With hunting season quickly approaching, I needed a way to practice. The Charger Ext installed easily and works flawlessly. It takes a little longer than manually cocking the bow, but, if I have the time, I will probably continue using it for all my shooting going forward.

Very easy to install on crossbow. Works just like described, easy to use. Although I think its a bit pricey but it is well made and I would buy it again.
