Seems to fit; but only came with one screw instead of two, and the screw doesn’t fit. I’ll be visiting the hardware store tomorrow to see if I can find a better screw. It also says it works for the Micro; but I have a Micro Axe, which normally requires two mounting screws. We’ll see how stable it is after I find a good screw.
ADDED: so this thing seems to be machined for an M4 or #8-32 screw; whereas my Micro Axe requires an M5 or #10-32. If you choose to try thos and you don’t get the correct screws, you’ll need at least an M4/5-30mm or #8/10-32×1.5″. Haven’t decided whether to keep working on forcing an M5 size screw to make it work, or return it. Haven’t heard back from Excalibur whether the Micro Axe can use the Matrix version of this (product number #7009).
FINAL COMMENTS: So it requires 10-24 screws, *not* 10-32. However, I can’t get it stable with only one screw, so I believe this tac bracket isn’t the correct one for this model crossbow. Still no answer from Excalibur, though. I haven’t decided whether to return it.
