The original bow I purchased (not from gosszy.com) had to be returned. Western Rec replaced it and I had a new bow bow in 2 days. The limbs I purchased through gosszy.com had a twist in them. Again western rec had me a new set in 2 days. So the customer service is AWESOME. This is a very inexpensive bow, so to me the customer service is so important . There are cheaper bows on gosszy.com, but I doubt their customer service is this good
