   5 stars for the product, 3 stars for the gosszy.com price. Gold tips are an excellent arrow, good enough for hunting but cheap enough you can practice with them without being terrified of the idea of one of them breaking or getting buried. The wood wrap looks great and adds some weight that traditionalists often like for a quieter and more stable shot. Consistency is good and they have been very durable though a lot of heavy use.
   Only catch is that gosszy.com doesn’t necessarily offer as good of prices as some of my local shops when they had them in stock so might want to look around at some brick and mortar stores first.

   These are good shafts if you’re into carbon arrows. I’ve always been a aluminum and wood Errol fan myself, especially since I shoot Traditional bows and such still. I don’t feel carbon arrows are as durable as people truly think they are so I am going back to making my own wood arrows again. I honestly found my recurves shoe would even better than carbon despite its straightness factor.

   These are great shafts especially if you want to do custom fletching. I highly recommend these arrows and since they come with 12 they are cheaper than other stores.

   I love these arrows, but not from gosszy.com. New uncut arrows are supposed to be 32″ long. The ones I received are 30.5 inches. My draw is too long to safely use these. In the attached pic, I have a Gold Tip Traditional XT that is uncut and 32″ long, on bottom, with one of the Gold Tip Traditionals I just bought above it, measuring 30.5 inches. Not cool, gosszy.com. Not cool at all. I started assembling arrows (fletching, putting inserts in them) and only discovered the discrepancy when I put the new arrow next to one of my old ones. I shoot 32″ shafts and use point-on aiming technique. Using 30.5″ arrows changes my point of aim and all my holds. These are of no value to me.

   Well they are the best arrow’s I have ever used but you can buy them cheaper at wholesale sports Canada ($95) with the feather vanes all ready on then so yeah shop around before you buy these.     I ordered the Gold Tip Traditional arrow shafts on recommendation from a friend who shoots traditional archery. The arrows arrived well packaged and the arrows themselves are attractive with a flawless photo dipped wood grain finish. I plan on installing weighted inserts, 5″ feathers and some customized wraps. When the arrows are complete and I’ve had a chance to shoot them for a while, I’ll do an updated review.
