Not sure about these yet.
I used them to hunt Turkey and they did the job however they didn’t open. It went through the bird without expanding.
I realize that these are meant for deer but I thought they would have worked well for Turkey too. Perhaps the Turkey skin/muscle isn’t firm enough to open the blades. I haven’t had a chance to try on a Deer yet. I hope they will do their job.

LOVE these broadheads and will never use anything else, unless I have no choice. I have been using these for approximately five seasons now and have had excellent luck with them. They are for a compound bow that shoots at least 65lbs, so if you are under that, these may not perform well for you. I have had blood at impact site with every deer I have harvested with these heads. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good mechanical broadhead. As a side note if you do purchase these, the blades close back up after exiting the deer, if your arrow passes through of course. Exit holes are normally the size of a tennis ball. They really are a lot of fun to use. Helps make a marginal shot a lot more lethal.

Great cutting easy blood trail

Great mechanical broadhead. I killed 3 deer this past season using these broadheads. All deer that were shot at were recovered. Massive wound channel and very ethical. These were much better than others that I have used in the past and are still useable.

I’ve used this same mechanical head in a 1.5 inch cut, and the 2.0 inch cut makes the deer drop noticeably sooner.
Very good product and environmentally friendly. Verified Buyer –
They’re very very effective leaving large gapping hole.

In all my years as a bowhunter, I have only had two deer run more than 50 yards with the majority dropping in 35 yds or less. My success average is 80%. These grim reaper broadheads are exceptional.

I had been out and up in my stand a few times with no luck. Then, one sunny Saturday early afternoon, I spotted a deer in the back yard. I grabbed my bow and went out on the basement patio. The deer was thoughtful enough to mosey over and stand in front of a block target I had shot hundreds of times from where I was standing. It was 30 yards out and nigh impossible to miss. With my Outlaw, I loosed a Reaper SS tipped Mayhem 350. It passed through the deer and in to my block target. The deer jumped a couple times while attached to the block by the arrow. The block and arrow dropped off, the deer ran 40 yards in to the woods and stopped in a ravine. It left an easy to track blood trail.
Now, understandably, you may harbor skepticism about the veracity of this tale, so I have uploaded a couple of pictures. See the pictures of the aforementioned arrow in the block target in the “Product Images from Customers” section for this broad head.
I can state that, in this case, the Grim Reaper Razor Cut SS Whitetail Special 2-Inch 3 Blade, 100 Grain mechanical broad head fully opened in the deer. The blade cuts in the block target prove that.
I just hope that next season; more deer will stand in front of my target….
