Great case, Bad Price
The side walls of the case are not stiff enough. The inserts are almost a total failure. For all the engineering that Ravin does on their bows and equipment, this case does NOT meet the the bar. Yet, they still charge the price. I think that we are paying for the name on the case. In closing, I like the case, but I think they are way overcharging for a product that does not meet my expectations of Ravin engineering.

There are inserts that velcro to the inside, but there are no directions on how they are to be placed. I had to search online for a video or diagram to show me how to put them in correctly.

I have a Ravin R9 with soft case and love it. Great design and quality. Bought a new R29x and got the soft case, big disappointment. Quality out of the box is not good. It feels like one side of the padding in the case has come loose, stiching frayed in places, the zipper is extremely hard to zip and I can see a failure happening sooner rather than later. Overall design very poor compared to my R9 Ravin case. Very little storage for arrow pullers, lube, broad heads and field tips, etc. Arrow storage, forget it, no protection. Ravin trying to force you to buy arrow case. Save your money, go with aftermarket hard case.

It does hold the bow, but the scope has to be removed.
The supplied (ribbing?) doesn’t secure the bow in place.
[suggest sculpted Polyurethane foam]
There is no place to securely store arrows.
the pockets on top could hold arrows however
the flights will become deformed seriously effecting accuracy
(flight tubes?) flat bags will crush the plastic flights
