I needed lighter drawweight limbs for my cousin and these work perfectly.
Quick to change on the Samick Sage riser without having to change the stable zero or sights

I started archery more than 1 month ago. I purchased a full Samick Sage package on Canada Archery Online with a 30lbs and a 35lbs set of limbs. They were still too heavy for me. This 25lbs set of limbs helped me go over the time I need to increase my draw weight to 30lbs so I can now use my old limbs very easily.
As I was advancing in my skills I found this set of limbs a bit twisted when mounted. I had some unexpected way-off shots but I don’t have this problem with my 30lbs limbs. It might be because I dropped my bow on the ground.

Good product. No complaints…
Delivery – out of hands. Not acceptable.

I have 3 Samik sage. I don’t care what anyone says. They shoot straight. Very smooth. I break a lot of arrows at 20 yards from robinhood arrows. No sights, just instinctive shooting. I have an older bear super Kodiak, is it better? Yup but costs 5 times as much.

This is my third set of limbs. I started out with 40# with the bow set, went to 45# after several months. Now ordered 50# to experience the challenge. The very reasonable price makes ordering limbs painless. I’ve been happy with the quality.

Set this up on a Polaris riser and it fits perfect. the limbs stack toward the 28″ mark and you can tell there is plenty of power. If you have a Polaris bow and are looking to upgrade these limbs are the ticket. However, you will need a new string with more strands than the original. Absolutely love these limbs and the vendor is a fast shipper with great communication that wants to know if you are happy. For those that have the Sage riser the Polaris has a slightly smaller grip and allows those with smaller hands a better purchase in the grip area. I have a Sage, Ben Pearson, Bear 76er, PSE Heritage Night Hawk, and the Polaris. The Polaris the best grip of them all with the Sage coming in second IMHO. I have hands that are between medium and large so hopefully this gives future buyers an idea for upgrades to their Sage or Polaris bows. For those that have the PSE heritage these limbs will fit in the PSE riser but the PSE limbs will not fit in the Polaris or Sage. These limbs are fantastic.

First pair I recieved were possibly twisted – my string was off centered after shooting just once. My researche indicated so, so then I exchanged them for others. The exchange was fast and easy. The new ones are a bit more modern looking: the product’s name “sage” written on the bottom limb in a nicer, appearing to be of a newer and bigger font – the older pair’s writing was “Samick Sage” in a more plain font. Also, the ends where the string is held looks to be of a different with an improved shape that seems to work better with my stringer; the improvement also might keep it from looking bad as the ends get marred by the stringer with time. It’s hard to explain, but it looks better. The important thing is that the sting is now very centered. Accuracy wise – I would say it’s about the same. I don’t think the other ones that were twisted shot bad, I just thought they might not last as long. If anyone can tell me why twisting of limbs is bad on recurves, please do so. I heard that they can be untwisted – I wasn’t interested in doing that without proper tools. Bottom line: I would buy with confidence.

We purchased the limbs to give us an option of a lighter pull weight for target practice. Well made and easy installation.
