I’m not a pro, but these are pretty nice aluminum practice arrows. The fletching falls apart over time, but the shafts are solid and excellent for practice.

These are a cheap and bought for kids to practice with. But many of the flechings didn’t survive one fire, several tips missing when the package arrived. Also, the fletchings are not aligned with the knock, so these arrows bounce off the arrow rest.
