   This is the second deer i have shot with these broadheads from ravin crossbow and they both did not open up. This is a picture of the exit wound, this deer ran .8 miles and bedded 4 times before she expired. They do fly like a FieldPoint but do no damage to an animal.

   Read the bad reviews with a grain of salt. Of coarse these are sharp. Would any broadhead company be in business selling dull blades. That being said they are not designed for large entry holes. They open beneath the hide resulting in more energy when hitting vitals. After all what good is a large hole in the skin if the arrow stops before finishing the job. They fly very accurately and as with any broadhead, if you are a crap shot and the deer gets wounded and never found well that’s not the broadheads fault.

   I wanted to find an animal killing broadheads that would fly like my field points. I tried two fixed blades and two expendables. The Slick Trick Raptor Trick was dead on at 20 and 30 yards.    Great broadhead I killed 1 buck this year he dropped after 15 yards but I hit him in the heart. The blades open really wide and after having problems with the 3 blade varieties with arrows deflecting on bone I switched to these and didn’t have a problem although I used it only once. It’s definitely really accurate and shoots just like my field points will buy more.

   Have been a fixed blade guy my whole life but after a few recent episodes with weak blood trails decided to switch. All Slick Trick products are quality so I decided to try these. Wow! Fly true and are razor sharp. Shot a buck this morning at 35 yards. Buck was down 40 yards from shot. Massive blood trail. You won’t regret this purchase.
