- Don’t let changes in your vision compromise your ability to make the shot
- The Verifier has a lens in it similar to those found in reading glasses
- Allows you to see your sight pins better on your hunting sight
- The Verifier lens sharpens the picture so pins are easy to see
- The peep should be inserted in the string so the side with the verifier, clarifier, or aperture is on the side you look through

If you can’t see your pins ’cause of old eyes these things are great! Felt like a kid again when I set this up. Highly recommend if you need glasses only to see your pins and don’t need them otherwise (or like me HATE them otherwise!) to hunt

I started shooting a bow again about 6 months ago after a 20 yr layoff. I’m using a 5 pin sight (.19 pin size) and the pins have been blurry but I could make them out well enough to put a specific pin on the target. I’m just over 50yrs old and have to wear reading glasses for up close objects, distant objects are still clear without glasses. I got the peep and verifier in this past Friday and shot with it yesterday morning. The results really surprised me. The pins and the target were crystal clear. Before the verifier I was putting 6 out of 6 arrows all over an 8″ paper plate at 40 yds. The blurry pin covered most of the plate when I aimed. Yesterday with the verifier, and at 40 yds, I averaged 4 out of 6 arrows into a 3″ square in the middle of the 8″ plate with the other 2 arrows barely missing that square. The image I see now is so amazingly clear and the aiming a lot easier. I found the correct verifier by trying out the samples at a nearby archery shop, unfortunately he didn’t stock the verifier I needed so I ordered it online. Even though the cost of the required peep and verifier is a little over $50, I highly recommend the product.

Exactly what I needed to clear up fuzzy pins. For years I tried several different sights and peep combinations till I figured out it was my eyes. Could have saved lots of money if I had figured that out sooner.

If you’re an archer of a certain age (or older) this product will change the way you shoot – for the better!
I had eye surgery to replace the lenses in both of my eyes about 5 years ago. That gave me 20/15 vision at near and far distances, but at arms length objects appear out of focus, including my sight pins. My scores on paper targets went from ~298/300 to ~250-260/300 because my pin was fuzzy.
I received the peep and verifier yesterday and installed them immediately. WOW! I had forgotten what a crisp sight picture looked like. I haven’t had the chance to shoot for score yet, but I can clearly see my pin in the the X-Ring again! I’m confident that I’ll be back in the high 290s again in no time.
Thanks Specialty Archery for getting me back in the game!
