   Great rest for money. Works great with my Diamond bow… being A left handed Shooter I’m a little limited on my options for bow upgrades but trophy ridge has always provided great products for a fair price… at this point I’m pretty sure all my bow furniture is trophy ridge and I couldn’t be more pleased….

   while I’m sure it’s possible to fully install without a bow press I would recommend letting the professionals get the drop times right and served in…. gives you an excuse to buy some new broad heads or upgrades something in the hunting pack anyway 😉

   This rest only lasted a month if that. I bought on October 1st, installed it at the beginning of November and it was dead by December. One day it was fine and the next the rest no longer stayed up. The return window had already expired and now it’s garbage. Don’t waste your money and don’t buy from Trophy Ridge. Pure junk

   This rest is pretty poor quality.I have only had this rest 2 weeks and the retainer arm broke and the day I was talking to costumer service The rest failed to stay up in the lock position and when talking to costumer service about the retainer arm they told me they would send me the parts so I thought great but when I told him the screw that holds it on would not come out he told me it would work without it and that he took it off so I told him that was a big part of the reason I bought this rest he will not answer any of my emails so I would say their costumer service is lacking in the willingness to help resolve any problems with their products so I’m stuck with a broken arrow rest and I am going to have to spend more money to buy another rest. So BUYER BEWARE because they will not stand behind products

   This is a solid arrow rest. Purchased it for an old Bear Archery compound bow that had a whisker style rest. Easy to install and setup. Performs well.

   This is simply trophy ridge’s version of the qad. Looks similar, performs similar, has micro adjustments for windage and elevation by use of an Allen wrench. It locks up at full draw and stays up until activated. It comes with 2 Allen bolts to fasten it to the riser so leveling is very simple. Simply bolt it to your riser, adjust your center shot to 13/16”, adjust your elevation so your arrow covers your Berger holes and it’s installed. Timing the cable is actually very easy as well. Leave yourself 3/4” of excess cable where it fastens to the rest so you have string to play with in the future if it needs to be retuned. This was my first time installing a drop away rest and I had it installed and tuned in 20 minutes drilling bullseyes. For the budget do-it-yourselfer, you can easily press your bow using the cam lock method. See YouTube for videos.
   1 week update: This is on a Sanlida Dragon X8 fyi, after upgrading to some 340 spine gold tip hunters from the floppy spined heavy fiberglass arrows, the rest had to be retuned and sights adjusted due to increased arrow speed and stiffer spined arrows. The groupings pictured in the attached photos reflect both what the bow and Trophy Ridge rest are capable of by the do-it-yourselfer with little time and effort.

    I really like the rest especially after I found out how it works and you tube helped with set up. The first one I bought “stuck” in up position of course that is set position, I found out after I took it apart and now actually have it working as it should so I have two, again I really like the way it works ,hope it holds up like I think it will

    Arrived broken. Holder arm arrived was snapped off. Packaging undamaged…odd.

    Micro security hex to adjust lateral position was a pain in the arse.

    After about 25 shots the darn thing fell apart and was un-fixable. Trophy ridge can kick rocks.

    I bought this thinking it would work well. I was very disappointed. This drop away would always drop when you weren’t expecting it to.
    Save your money and get a better quality of drop way.
