   if you’re like me and have big hands you need something that will stretch out to fit, I have a different model of this release and I made that release longer by adding a different length of all thread to it so it would match my hand. This release has adjustments on it, could it be a little longer, yes but it just fits me.

   The best release I have ever used. Would definately buy this again without hesitation and highly recommend to everyone. The length of the housing is fully adjustable by aligning a single set screw with the appropriate per-positioned, tapped hole (see photos). I love the mechanism for tightening and releasing the strap using the cords that run around the top of the strap. To tighten, simply push the knob in and rotate clockwise until snug. To remove, simply pull the knob out and gently pull on the side opposite of the knob. The strap very comfortable with no excessively tightness or pinching anywhere…perfect!!! You could say this release has jaws of steel and you would be right. The jaws are, in fact, stainless steel, but they also fit the metaphor, as they are solid, i.e., strong and reliable. You can be confident that your draw string is not going to release until you pull the trigger. Do note that this trigger is light and releases with very little effort. I found that my accuracy has increase with the use of this release and I am quickly becoming a fan of TruGlo products.    There’s absolutely nothing I don’t like about this product. It fits my smaller wrist because it’s adjustable and so easy on/off. Especially love being able to click the trigger out of the way when pulling arrows from target.

   I had actually ordered a different release that had slightly better reviews in a national publication. Though I ordered the largest size available, it was way too small for my large hands and I ordered the Tru Glo Nitrus. It seems to be well made and I liked the BOA strap a lot for convenience but disliked the noise when tightening it. The trigger is very sensitive and even though adjustable is very light at the heaviest end of the setting, a little too light for my preference. It took some getting used to but I shot very well after a dozen or so shots . I also prefer a trigger that you pull both to to open and release but got used to the push to close and pull to release. My main problem with this release is that even with the pull adjustment extended fully, I have to reach back with my finger to pull the trigger. This caused me to flinch about every fifth shot and a wide miss. I prefer a release where the trigger can be adjusted to contact my finger about midway on the end digit. I did not get an opportunity to try this out for several weeks after ordering it or I would have returned it. I give this a five for quality and function, but only a three for design due to the lack of full adjust-ability. 4&1/2 overall.

    It’s pricey, but I think it is worth it. It’s very customizable and the way it locks to your wrist is very cool. Well made and allows me to really microtweek my draw and get my fingers in a comfortable position. You can also tweek the sensitivity of the trigger, which is also important.
