This item started out as 5 stars but unfortunately after my son played with this item 3 times one of the black plastic arms that holds the bungee chords broke.

This case is no joke! SKB makes hands down the best bow cases and this one doesn't disappoint! It is a one stop fix for literally everything you need. It is large! But if your looking for a case to lay on the back of the truck, get all your gear on then hit the woods, this is for you! If your looking for a case that's portable... not this one!

I was to practice in my yard using this aid. I went out to the river edge to shot at 23 yards. It good at stopping the arrow. When I shot at 10 yards it was hard to remove the arrows

The quality of these are fantastic. But, the manufacturer's website, as well as the box these came in are misleading about the weight of these arrows. The advertised weight includes the weight of a 100 grain broadhead or field points making these actually weigh 100 grains less than what is advertised. They consistently weighed 345 grains each with no point or broadhead. They are also about 1/2 inch longer than other 20 inch crossbow bolts. I did have one vane that came off on the first shot. But, other than these issues, the quality is great but I am not sure it justifies the price difference for other brands.

First time using the bow and the limb twist is to the point where the string popped around the bow. I’m outside my return policy so I guess I’m stuck with a bow I can’t use.

Pretty sure I got a bad batch. Three arrows in one day all broke in the same manner and same location. I've shot thousands of arrows the same way and this is the first time this has ever happened. Pretty disheartened right now, I thought buying the fancy expensive arrows might have them last longer

Love the release defintly worth the 70 dollars would get it again of I had to.

I recently started shooting traditional archery again after over 30+ years of mainly compound bow archery/hunting. I started with the two typical 3-piece takedown bows you can get from gosszy.com, one in recurve and one in longbow configurations. I bought multiple limbs for each of these bows as I built up strength. I saw this bow on YouTube I knew I had to try one. I ordered the 45#@28" version from the website; my limbs came marked 46# and my limbs were not twisted at all. The bow was delivered quickly, and I love it. I compared it to a friend's Hoyt Satori, and it is almost identical in every way, both were ~3.4# weight in the hand. This is by far one of the best shooting trad bows I have; it is exceptionally smooth shooting and no hand shock to speak of (with or without the stabilizer on it). Before it arrived, I watched several YouTube videos on how to setup an ILF bow. I love the ILF system and would defiantly buy this bow again. If you are looking at this bow, stop looking and just buy it.

What a great target. I bought this on a recommendation from a archery shop owner. I had been shooting at Hurricane targets prior and had shot through them in 1 1/2 years. I decided that I wanted a target that I could recover as my old targets would be fine if I could just recover them. I figured I'd give this target a shot. It is very easy to see even from 80 yards out. It has great contrasting colors. I love the fact that the two sides give various shot placement and I really like the size. So far it has taken well over 400 shots and still looks almost brand new. I liked it so much, that I just ordered another. Attached I have added some photos. The deer side are 3 shots at 60 yards and the target side are a full quiver at 40 yards.

This archery target is a very dense square target that could be placed on a stand or be hung in a field or backyard. The arrows do stick into the target very well even with a youth long bow at 15 lbs and 20 feet away. The target did come with a few paper targets as well as the target pins. Unfortunately one of my target pins was broken in transport, but the target is very well made and should last a very long time as it is really high quality and well put together.

Seems like Tenpoint has completely Solved the Smell Problem. I think they are now using specialized EVA foam that has no Odor. Love this Case. Looks Awesome and very protective. Great for transport and storage. I strap it to my ATV or put it in the back of my truck. Good looking design Tenpoint! Very Well thought out case.

I’ve been shooting for about 10 years and have been using a stubby 4”stabilizer on the front of my bow. This year I bought an Athens Peak 38 and wanted to get more serious about my shooting. I moved up to a 10” Bee Stinger and it helped improve my groupings but, I felt by bow was twisting/leaning to the right. I’m using a HHA Tetra which is on the heavy side. Installed the Torx front and side stabilizer and WOW! My bow just sat upright in my hand without having to adjust it. 1st 5 arrows at 20 yards were in a 1” grouping and I’m that that good of a shot. It was actually cheaper to purchase the Torx Hunter stabilizer kit than to buy a matching Bee Stinger side stabilizer and mount. Extremely pleased with my purchase

Worth every penny! I did a lot of research on many bows before hand that wouldn't break the bank but also would be a quality bow and decided to go with the Spyder XL. Glad I did. I have a little over 30" draw and when I pull back its smooth and gives no feel of stacking like a shorter 62" bow I've shot with. If you have a shorter than 29" draw you might be better fitted with the Original size Spyder:Spyder Takedown Recurve Bow & arrow by Southwest Archery USA | weights 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60 lb | LEFT or RIGHT HAND Archery Kit | Designed by Engineers of the Samick Sage | WS 40 lb RH W/ TOOL though. I personally went with 40lb limbs because of a couple reasons, although beginners may want less poundage like 30-35lbs and then purchase more heavy limbs down the road. I wanted to work on form/ shot cycle more without getting to exhausted during shooting sessions that last 45-60 minutes or longer and because of my 30" draw I was 2" above the 28" that the bow poundage was rated at. I did a pull test at my anchor point distance and it read almost 45 lbs because of my draw length being that 2" longer. That makes every inch past the 28" about 2 pounds more to pull which some might want to know. Like other reviewers have pointed out its 'basically' the Sage 2 but more refined and even better made. The riser is smooth, rounded and feels nice in my hand, I would say I have medium-large hands. The wood work is truly gorgeous for a bow in this price range. There were some very minor blemishes on the riser but nothing to fret over. A previous reviewer had said the darker brown looked green-ish in the pictures but not when they got it. I think its both actually. A green hue comes out when your inside or low light areas such as an overcast but looks more brown when I'm outside or near daylight style bulbs. The limbs are a nice semi-matte black. Another minor thing was that one of the limb tip string grooves could of been a bit smoother. You could use some steel wool or fine sandpaper to resolve this. Instead I took some paracord, while holding the bow between my legs, and pulled back and forth in a 'sawing' manner in the limb tips to slowly smooth them out. Worked well and didn't have to worry about over doing it. Minor thing to note, I believe the logo design of the spider might be an older logo since I see almost all their bows are now stamped with their name as text instead. I'll attach a picture to show. You will get a standard Dacron(B50 I believe) string with it and an adhesive style plastic arrow rest. I did not use the arrow rest since I shoot off-shelf. I did use the string for a short time. It however stretched to much and forced me to put far to many twists in to try and keep a good brace height. Because of the amount of twists, about 65-70, to even get it into the high zone of the suggested manufacture brace height my arrows were hitting inconstantly. At first I thought I might of received the wrong size string but after measuring it the string was 4" under the bow length which should of been perfect. The serving was also little to thick for my arrow nocks. I also had some major 'Twang' when I was shooting the original string. I added some industrial (soft-side) velcro along the string grooves on the limbs to reduce string slap but it was still loud and twangy. I replaced it with a 'Fast-Flight' Flemish Twist and all above issues were resolved. New string allowed me to tune the bow to a brace height of about 8-1/8" with only 3 additional twists in it after letting it set for 24 hours. Manufacturer specs state that the XL should be between 8 and 8-3/4.I now have a better arrow release, more quiet/ faster bow and its much more fun to shoot. As a side note, I also don't take my recurve "down" all the way. I used blue Loctite(non-permanent) to keep my limb bolts from backing out due to vibration. Also, since I shoot at least every other day, if not daily, I keep mine strung. Yes, I know that its a widely debated thing but I lean towards the side that it shouldn't be an issue if used often. If I ever do plan on not shooting for a long time I will de-string it using a stringer tool only. If you need one I'd suggest something like this: Selway Limbsaver Recurve Bow Stringer which is what I use along with others I know. While I do keep it strung for daily use I hang it by the string on the wall with hooks, about 40" apart, that come away from the wall enough to allow the bow to 'free-float' and not touch the wall. This assures no extra limb stress/ twist since it has clearance away from the wall. Well, I always like to wait awhile before I give review on anything that way I can test the product out as much as possible. With that being said, I love the bow and have shot hundreds of arrows down range and could easily recommend the bow to anyone whether they're a beginner or more experienced. It really is a nice bow that should last many many years if not a lifetime if taken care of properly. I know that this review is extensive and long but I hope it helps others out like previous reviewers did for me.

I used the product as designed for my Mission Sub 1 XR.

My son loves the bow but he shot it for 1 day against plywood and all but 2 arrow nocks broke off. I would recommend this bow but expect to get new, better arrows
